The Booga Bag

I actually started this project while I was at home. I found the pattern at Boogaj, and just had to make it. The yarn in called Noro, and is painted wool made in Japan. I have a little left over, and I am trying to think of ways I can use it. The bag is knit in the round, and is the simplest thing to make. As you all know, my knitting is about all that I have to do (craft wise) over here. Seeing as how there is no room for a sewing machine. I did however find a very small yarn store that should work for some basic stuff. I went in and the lady did not even try to speak to me. She just communicated with her calculator.
As an update, I have one sock finished and one to go. As soon as I finish it I will post a picture for you all to see.

We love the bag, and Claire and I want two just like it. We're putting our order in! Claire says, "I want a pair of those jelly shoes too. I liked those." That was funny seeing them, and yes, I had a couple of pairs of those. We're impressed by all the pictures and the detailed commentary about each. You're so creative and thorough with your comments and descriptions about each place! We miss you!

Lacey you make yourself the cutest purses. I love that purse. Carry that purse and wear your new jelly shoes and you will start a new fashion trend with all those Korean women! I keep studying the picture of the toilet. I have come to the conclusion that the only women that can use their public restrooms must have very strong thigh muscles. Keep sending. Everything is so interesting. Stay safe.

I love you

Hey Lace! Its ok you weren't the first one to call and sing today. However, you were the first to sing to me from South Korea (How special is that). I want a bag, I asked before everyone else. I can not wait to see pictures of Chung. He sounded so sweet when he yelped when you were on the phone. Can not wait to see more pictures and hear from you. I love you and miss you.

Your sis.
